Also, do you know what kind of tree that is in your photo up above? There are several of those on Fairfax just south of Santa Monica, and I pass them multiple times a week, and I always wondering what they’re called. I want them to be prickly pear trees, because they’re prickly, but I know they’re not. I tried Googling it, and I think they’re some kind of palm…but they don’t look like palms…or they could a silk floss tree, but I’m not sure they’re that either. Anyway. Raaaaamble. Bye.
Role modelz! I have no idea, but I would like to know, ’cause it was cool. I hadn’t seen those before!
The photographer specializing in mom-having-sex photos creeps me out. I’d say that’s more dysfunctional than art. The doll island is scary, too! So much creepy in this weeks finds.
Haha, it was ever-so-slightly Halloween themed. But yeah. Agreed with you 100% on the photos. I still can’t wrap my mind around the weirdness.
How has there not been a horror movie set on that creepy doll island yet?!? In fact, how has there not been a horror movie about that creepy photography project yet?!? So much potential.
John said the same thing about the doll island! There really should be. I’m not sure I’d want to see the mother/son movie, though haha.
Island of the Dolls just TERRIFIED me. Sending to my boyfriend who loves this sort of thing, stat. And you’re right – perfect timing for Halloween!!
oh my goodness, you’re right. those penguin sweaters DID make me happy
